The Roman Museum in Vallon preserves ther precious, archaeological findings and shows them in a permanent exhibition as well as during special exhibitions. The visitors and in particular the children can discover the world of the Ancient Romans in various interactive workshops.
How did the Ancient Romans live? In Vallon you have the opportunity to discover their dwellings with wall paintings or mosaics, their games, the taste of bread made in a wood-burning oven and the cheese with herbs, the cooking and the ingredients.

All workshops last approx. 2,5 hours and are intended for children from 7 years on. Prices: depending on the type of workshop range between CHF 170.- and 200.- for a group of max. 25 persons. The workshops take place in all weathers (except in the case of the bread baking workshop). Children will get a snack for free.
